Seminars for Educators
Therapeutic Play Activities for the Classroom - This lively interactive program challenges and energizes teachers as they work on creating situations, effective challenges, and healthy affection with students. These one to five minutes energizers help teachers create a tone in their leading that develops student's desire to follow. Included are rules for interaction, means to overcome resistance, and activities for the classroom. Leading Children Who Don't Follow - The presentation for educators/counselors focuses on understanding control issues that children bring to relationships through interaction. The four targeted areas represented in children include: This program challenges educators to relate to students in a need meeting manner which prevents disruptive behavior from occurring in the classroom
Conflict Resolution in Work Relationships - This seminar focuses on managing difficult situations and difficult people in work settings. Whether as a supervisor, manager, cooperate board member, or staff. This seminar provides tools for managing conflict wisely through purposeful communication. Listening Seminar For The Workplace - Discover the key attitude and skills that make one an excellent listener. Apply these ideas effectively in the workplace. How To Intervene With a Troubled Employee - This supervisor or management level presentation will assist employees without putting the effective manger at risk. A lively presentation and interaction will assist participant learning.
Parenting Seminars
Included is a videotape presentation of Rick Sudsberry leading a resistant child in a way that causes the child to give up control and follow. Parents will leave with support for leading their child and a clear understanding of how to help children become confident, yet compliant with adults.
Church Seminars Wild People Out of Control; Safe Within His Care This program is designed as an eight session series. Each session is designed to be 4 hours long including breaks. Each session involves leader presentations, DVD or video clips, small group work and discussion time, as well as large group discussions. This biblically based program can be presented in total, or segments can be available for specific church purposes. Each session can be used as a free standing component of studay in church life. Designed as the heart of care giving ministry, this series focuses on personal growth and understanding God's way in our lives. It can be used to train small group leaders, caregivers, or simply help people wanting to mature life on God's terms. This program goes beyond technical training. It trains people to understand God, themselves, people withing the church, and how to take that knowledge into the world. Participants are provided with a manual, handouts, and material for note taking. Bibles are needed for study in each session.
