Individual Therapy

Brief individual talk therapy is available for adults to discuss life adjustment issues.  

An individual intake appointment is held with the therapist and client to mutually gain perspective about the adult's concerns.  A course of treatment is agreed upon and sessions are held to support the individual's process of change.  This short term health oriented approach will help the person reach their identified goals with compassion and care.   

Individual adult talk therapy focuses on what can be done to help the person move ahead with his/her life.  This brief individual therapy helps with common concerns presented and is health and wellness oriented in its focus.  To follow are common concerns addressed in adult talk therapy:
