Please e-mail us with additional questions that you may have @ info@saccc.com - we may even list them on our site for future vistors to reference.
What hours are you open? TOP We see clients Monday through Friday. Our normal office hours are, Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ,Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to Noon. We are closed each day from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Because each therapist has their own set client hours, you will need to call our office for available times. What about fees and insurance? TOP Payment is due at the time of service. The client is responsible for filing the necessary insurance forms for reinbursement. Since health insurance is a private contract between the client (or client's family) and his or her insurance company, the ultimate responsibility for the payment of fees rest with the client or responsible party. Fees for service are based on one hour or half hour individual and family sessions and are comparable with other mental health agencies. VISA, MASTERCARD, CHECK, CASH are accepted payments.
Rick Sudsberry is not a provider for any managed care panel. What that means for you, we do not have any direct relationship with any insurance company and therefore our loyalty is to you, and not to a third-party. We have a total committment to your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. Treatment decisions are decided upon by you and your therapist for the highest consideration to your emotional health. Therefore, we can avoid any conflict of interest that your "perferred provider" must deal with on a daily basis.
What's so unique about Christian Counseling? TOP Do you offer weekend appointments? TOP We do not offer weekend appointments - however our office is open Monday through Friday, with evening appointments offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We start seeing clients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:00 a.m. to help those who would like to come in before they start their work day.
We at Sudsberry and Associates will make every opportunity to place you with the best therapist and will work with you and your schedule to get you in as soon as possible. What is attachment therapy? TOP How do you decide about using talk therapy for children, traditional play therapies, or attachment based care? TOP Talk therapy is for when a child needs to express their concerns to someone. At times, telling a therapist and then parents can be helpful. When a child has been tramatized, at times traditional play therapy can be used to play out conflicts the child may not be able to express. When separation, loss, divorce, death of a parents, and exposure to ongoing family conflict has disconnected the child's trust of adult leadership, attachment treatment may be indicated. I've heard of Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), what are common symptons of that problem? TOP How do couple problems reflect attachment problems? TOP |
